Measure. Send a photo.
Get the parts list.
A part that doesn't fit costs you time, so we'd rather check first: send us your measurements and a photo, and we'll reply with the exact parts — groove sizes, post sizes, lengths and quantities.
- 1Measure
Number of steps, tread width wall to wall, newel post size, or the room size for flooring and walls.
- 2Send a photo
A photo from the bottom of the stairs or of the room tells us more than a long description.
- 3Get your parts list
We match handrails to spindle or glass grooves, caps to post sizes and profiles to your floor — then you order it all together.
